HI CHRISTARA I JUST LOGGED IN TO SAY HI AND THANX FOR THE ADVICE THE ONLY REASON I HAVENT BEEN ON IS MY GIRLFRIEND ON MY BACK ABOUT GETTIN MESSAGES OFF GIRLS AND THE PROBLEM WAS WORSE THAN DEVICE MANAGER WINDOWS DIDNT CONFIGURE PROPERLY BUT NEVER MIND IVE GOT XP BLACK SERVICE PACK 3 NOW XX

then go into device manager any where you see an exclamation mark just update driver,...
oh how to get ther place mouse over my computer then right click and goto properties then the rest is easy for getting into device manager,...
has long as you have the right driver it should be ok,.,..
