Hello guys we are here again the summer is just around the corner and all those lovely summer films are just about to hit the multiplexes, i went to see the first of the summer influx, iron man 2, robert downey was in sparkling form yet again, felt a little let down by rourke as whiplash however, but gwneth paltrow held things together as the put upon stark industries boss.

Now what else have we to look forward to well lets start

1 the A team remake is looking very good, especially sharlto copely as murdoch http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z93AADd2Dpo

2 robin hood, not sure about this one folks, 

3 prince of persia the sands of time, again not sure about this, but then im not a gyllenhall fan

4 shrek forever after, we all know what to expect from the green guy

5 predators, as a hot blooded man i cant wait for this especially with the rodriguez twist

6 inception, yes yes yes this looks very good

 ......

   In todays world of cash hungry movie execs barely a movie can be made without the option of at least two sequels and a pre-quel, but every so often a film comes by the defies that, no matter how much we may want a sequel deep down we know any half assed attempt at a sequel will take away from the magic of the first, i will list my top ten movies so special they neither need nor want a follow up

1. unbreakable

m.night shyamalans finest hour as a director, in my opinion unbreakable is the best superhero movie ever made, for those who havent seen it please see it now.

2. the big lebowski

rarely does a movie tick all the boxes for fun and entertainment as well as a cast who are all on top form, john goodman was exceptional

3. watchmen

allright i know the original comic had no follow up but that hasnt stopped studios before has it, jackie earl haley was inspired as rorschach

4. labyritnth

possibly the best fantasy movie ......
