it had two commanders that where on a constant return. Can someone help ??

i play ww2 in server 1939 and there is a guy using multiple accounts

his bases are:

592:415 player Stumptown

591:416 player Stumps

593:415 player AdolfStump

he has multiple bases per account.

how can i report him for cheating?

I bought a defense booster for 19 gold and a base defense booster for 3 gold. The defense booster was purchased by mistake so I canceled it but I didn't get the gold back.Can you please help??
