hi.. in game name iblis server1941 Coordinate : 454:366. cant demolish my 5th base...it say Some "soldiers are wounded or they are recovering. Failed to destroy" but i have no wounded troops and i never build any troops at that base

fire or acid, easiest way is to pwn them til they drop then hit them with 1 flame/acid arrow.
