Anybody! please tell me how i can turn my seeding options off and on.Dont worry I seed, to the point of receiving a $300.00.excess usage from isp. i need to be able to regulate my uploads..... this is my 3 post ... please someone... i need to download corel painter as my machine crashed lost the lot and only have minimal usage left until 7 july.... :(
