oh my gosh! why all the HDB 3 room flats prices are so high? even the 4 rooms are cheaper than the 3 rooms! 270k for a 3 rooms HDB flat can buy a 260k 4 rooms HDB flat! now govermnent are building more 3 rooms. Just wait folks! next year lots of new 3 rooms coming in! Choa Chu Kang and Bukit Panjang, tampines, hougang building 2-3rooms flat. for another 1 year you will have a lot to choose from friends! getting from HDB is always lots cheaper. you can save more cash. that's what my friends r doing now. they save 20-30k! because they pay only the valuation price. so, those who are willing to wait, rent a room first! dont follow the trend blindly and let the market push the HDB houses soooo high' in the end when u sell it 3 to 4 yrs later, will u get back what u paid for? Friend, my advice is if u can afford a 4 room why go for a 3 room that is at a same price? Or you have too much cash to dump away? saving it in bank can do much better work... dear.
