i keep getting stuck at 99.9% or at 99.8% and then nothing happens so i have to redownload it and then i still get the same problem it happens alot to me but sometimes it works and then when i try diff torrent same happens again anyone know why this is happeing?

Hey guys, long time i av been on this due to finding new software, but am back, still having slow d/l speed again and its doing my head in, any1 that can help?
