cheerz for the tips, i've checked port forwarding & firewall, but dont understand how to make a static ip address. which is the best port to be forwarding through? it telling me its my NAT ROUTER configuration that could be the problem, sorry to bug you but any idea why its still yellow

sorry its taken so long to write back but check your port forward config and also your firewall on your computer. you also need to make a static ip for your computer.
