what a stupid question !! switch off computer windows and bitcomet not running, can still download ?......
might be block by isp.
install codec pack like k-lite or acemegapack,it should work.
all isp is hopeless. i try many type of client and isp also same la. f****************
by default setting,downloaded movie will locate in c:\download .u can download acemegapack,install it,......
