LeLy Hayslip the author of the book "Heaven and Earth" which became the Oliver Stone Vietnam war movie will recieve the "Special Recognition Award" at the 5th Asian Heritage Awards, on May 10 at the Hyatt Downtown San Diego for her continuing work to help Vietnam after the tragic of the war include building school and bring opportunity to the people in the villege.
