i'm having a problem in downloading.my downloading was very slow,and it's happen for quite sometime.Pls......

I'm using Celcom bb d68. Still got max dl rate. But don't expect dl 1 torrent at 300kB/s++. And oso don't......
I AM SOOOO DONE WITH TMNET!!!! WHAT ABOUT CELCOM BROADBAND? IS IT ANY GOOD? TROTTLE-FREE??
