as the title suggests - whats all this blog business about? never done it before - blog virgin - dont know what it means to allow others access to my download streams - clueless about the whole thing in other words! did want to ask a question though if thats allowed - why is my download rate so damn slow - most of the time i have a great upload but zero download - new to the internet & downloading so hoping that some of you out there can give me some pointers - thats all for now folks!! sharon
