BitComet 1.03 is probably great but I wonder if there is somebody who can tell us what the best settings......

I hv upgraded from BC1.03 to 1.04 , the torrent archive from old D/L have not re-appeared ,......
Thanks for the advice , I have sent to shop to re-format the drives.
This is the 2nd time on this error......
I hv same problem again ..same after D/L 1.03 version ..says Error opening writing file , cannot do any......
