I had the same problem about the blocked port thing. It was driving me crazy and then

today I had to call the tech guy at the I-net company about some thing else. But I

mention this problem to him and he replayed. No wander you can′t do anything. This is

dun on my end of the line. So I had him open all ports there is and wow.The speed

increased by far. So in other words Call your internet provider and have him do the

thing for you.
