I've always work hard to make sure that my systems are free from threats, be them from the internet, networking, or usage of storage devices. I admit that I've gone too far to really make sure that i achieve my goal.
For the time being, I'm using NOD32 version 2.7 from ESET, and I've just upgraded my Ad-Aware SE Pro 1.06 from Lavasoft to Ad-Aware 2007 Pro. So far, I'm really happy with these measures, well, at least occasional scannings revealed no infection, and NOD32 2.7 has been able to detect threats the moment they tried to infiltrate the system.
Another thing worth take note is, I love to update my windows xp pro, obediently, I update my windows using microsoft webpages at least once a month (I hate the auto update, microsoft webpages give you more liberty to do it at your own pleasureable time).
Now, into the main story, I'll tell you why I said earlier that I've gone too far in order to make sure my computers are free from threats.......
