I am at Selangor, Sri Kembangan.
I am using 1.5Mbps 1 fixed IP on SDSL.
I used to get above 800KB back in Aug08, but now max is 50KB, at time 3KB
i tried downloading using celcom3g, speed also throttled. used to get > 100 kB/s before puasa, now......
