start here: http://www.portforward.com/routers.htm You must forword your port on the router itself,sometimes each time you restart your computer it gives a new ip address and you have to wait a few mins to check again to see if your router forwords the port by itself.If your using bit comet look down bottom right corner and right click on ip address a few mins after you start it and hit check again. Give few min and if not forworded you must forword the por t on your router.
