my firewall approved bitcomet and the port i even try turning off my firewall but nothing change my port......
Check that WINDOWS firewall is on (even if you have other firewalls). Try changing listening port number......
AND UPLOADS NEED TO BE THROTTELD BACK TO ABOUT 75% OF YOUR AVERAGE CAPACITY...TRODE
Its almost always going to affect your internet speed but if you limit your download speed it should......
