wow this is retarded. i am as well running 1.09 and win xp and download at 500-900 kbs. the problem is......

try switching the listen port... and wait for a while.. If the speed is agreeable and fast.... leave......
are you connected trough a router? check your nat and open the corresponding port for bitcomet, 1.09......
need help my download time is dead slow
