In My view it is not possible to Extract files from a broken Download.........
It is possible that some of the files "may" extract if you repack the .rar, but this is unlikely.......
Try up these tools: "Advanced RAR Repair" or "Rar Repair Tool". Ability to fix rar......
NO .you can't unpack files unless they say 'finished' under the files tab ...TRODE
