Hi my name is Matt and I have a similar setup as you (Westell 6100 DSL Modem & a Linksys BEFSR41 Router). I'm having the Yellow Light issue right now too. Before I was running Vista Home Basic and was connecting wirelessly to my landlords internet. Then I formatted and installed XP and got Verizon DSL. I applied the patch from http://www.lvllord.de/ to eliminate any problems with half-open connections. I tried everything portforward had to offer...with my modem alone, and with my router even their program. None of that worked and your post is the first I've stumbled on where you resolved this problem. I am going to do some research on my own but how did you setup the modem as a bridge network and then add ports to router client server? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks alot. I have installed bitcomet, bit torrent, and utorrent one at a time and un-installed them.
The WAN IP......
