hi im new in BC, i don't even know if anyone can read this my english is not well so im on lost position too.
i have problem, when i had lower speed net i had download files about 250kb/s speed, then i change internet to fast one, since then my downloads dont want to start, i mus say i had download a lot when i had lower speed net and i dont upload nothing - my bad... is it possible to admin blocked my BC client by IP so i cant download no more?
i try to download files wchith have more than 10 seeds and my download spped is 7kb/s ;(
what can i do to unblock my BC client and IP??
i must add i have unblocked listening ports...
