and have no much time that can be online and i'm afraid some budy atacks me,......

When you bring up base2 lab to the same lvl as base1, all tech will be available on base2
you have to meet the building requirements in the other base still.
if the techs are collective when i try to build army in base 2 it only gives me level 1 when i have level......

i agree that there should be a tournament between aliances but that woudnt stop the big armies wiping......
