Two years ago, i descovered Linux. This was my saving grace. I started off using Ubuntu because i saw a really cool linux video. That was in April of '07. I know this because I downloaded the brand new 7.04 distrobution. The 7 stands for 2007 and the 04 stands for april. I am now using version 8.10 (you figure it out) and i have nothing but happyness from it. For example: 1. I can run any windows program/game 2. It is soooo fast compared to windows. 3. NO VIRUSSES! 3. Everything is customizable. 4. Everything, and I mean EVERYTHING is accessable from the desktop because everything is soo simple and organized. 5. There is a lot easier support for it. With windows, you have to call up MS and say, "My computer is f worded up." Linux has a forum with everything available. 6. IT IS FREEEEEEEE 7. IBM is fully supportive of it. 8. Microsoft even made a deal with a company who made a linux version, so at work, (if you work) you can have everything networked with linux and/or windows and......
