Someone just copy/pasted lol. You are correct. Seeds is (online users you are downloading from) Peers are users who have "bits" of the files, in other words...."you have to find a tree, in order to get a seed from it"

A seed is somebody that holds the whole file and is actively sharing it (uploading). The health is how many of those seeders are online and sharing, ie, I make my own torrents, I may be online but not sharing them, this would cause bad health. It would show that a seed is present so the health shows how many are actually uploading :P
