eh nevermind it was my own issue, i set a limit to 400k manually , forgot i set that cap, im uploaing......
The only issues im having so far is joining to a domain server and trying to use uTorrent which is why......
Beta versions are created for stability not performance. So i dont agree. Some things might be different......
