ok ... this is 2 april fools chests in a row that i've gotten nothing from ....

when you choose a hero to be an officer and set that hero .. he becomes a city guard ....
he cannot be......

i lost my lvl 13 academy and 2 tech lvls in accuracy and traction in my capital ... i'm rebuilding the......
