since i updated bitcomet to v1.12 it is behaving unnaturally. it starts up normally, when download speed reaches
100kb/sec or more or lesser than that, suddenly all the connected long time
seeds stops responding and download upload speed falls to 0kb/sec or some times
DL and UL speed starts to deplete till it gets 5kb/sec or so. If I restarted
the bitcomet then again it reaches the 100kb/sec or so, and fall back. I don’t
know why it’s happening as release note clearly states it's only a GUI improvement
