Tips To Overcome Stress
1. Build resistance by regular sleep, a moderate exercise plan,
healthy eating habits, and participation in outdoor activities.
2. Try to find a 10 to 20 minute period of total body relaxation
every day. Tense each set of muscles for a short period, then
relax them. With practice, anyone can induce a state of relaxation
through muscle control.
3. Talk over problems with peers. Social support reduces stress.
4. Set clear goals and work toward them at even pace as possible;
deal with one item at a time.
5. Laugh
6. If morning is your high-energy time, tackle jobs that cause you
the most stress then.
7. Attack problems not people -- including you.
8. Remember, it is not necessarily what happens to you,
but how you interpret and reacts to events
