Picture Server Not Working

I've been trying to load my own avatar & background

 

pics etc ... but the picture server is always down

 

-=22nd Nov 08=-

It's finally back up!

 

But ... 5 pics became 10?

this used too happen alot..but for your avator you should still be able to upload...
