I'm getting the same thing. Given the torrent I just finished downloading, I blame the MPAA. Mcafee......
use mcafee firewall

first becuase when im downloading from that IP I dont get anything something come to my PC but not that......
How do you know your Ip under attack?
Anyway, better you use the Hide Ip platinum software.........
