When u open bitcomet u’ll see a bar on the left side of the screen. There would be two tabs ,one is bookmarks and another is channel. Click on the channel tab. A folder named “Torrent share” would be visible. Double click on it. There u'll see "My Sharing", click on it. Then u’ll notice all of your running  downloads and completed downloads.  There is a checkbox on the left side.  Check it if u want to share those files. In this box u can drag any folder or files for sharing. When u would  drag a file in that window , a new screen will pop up which will ask u for location where  u want to create your torrent of that file. Default location is where the real (the file u r sharing) file is located. When u press ok u will see newly created torrent file constructed only by  U !!!!!!!!
