When she gives you the silent treatment. Is she keeping silent around the house? That shows that she is not happy with you. When she refuses to answer your questions, pretends that she did not hear you or is quiet when she ought to talk, unlike her usual self, then something is up.
When she gives you shoulder shrugs. Normally she replies you, but now she gives you shoulder shrugs. She simply moves her shoulders rather than giving you a reply, and expects you to interpret that as a yes or no. At worst, she just grunts.
When she hums. She suddenly begins to hum a song while you are talking with her. And she keeps raising the volume of her humming. That should tell you something is up.
When she is tearful. Do you notice that her eyes have tears forming around the edge? Are tears welling up in her eyes? Or do you notice her eyes are red? When she yells and is on edge. Does she give you sharp replies? Is she giving you irritating replies? Is she giving you nasty looks? Then something is wrong and she is letting you know it in her own way.
