SERIOUSLY!
Just when I said everything was back to normal this afternoon.
=.= How can one season have so much episodes.
Even J said, "is it my bad luck month with females or something".
I went over to my boyfriend's house to get his harddisk and was about to leave. He said he heard his mom came back. So all I thought was, "oh~".
I would usually come out and say hi as a sign of respect. Knowing J, he say, 'no need'. According to him, he wasn't brought up that way.
THEN!
*BANG BANG* (someone banging the door)
J sitting on his bed playing his PSP and told me to open the door.
So I did, didn't see anyone when I looked out. Looked back at J. Then I looked back out the door. His mom came in.
She started yelling at me and told me to go down to the living room and J as well. I can't remember now what she said. But it was somewhere along the lines of 'you know I am home right? Why didn't you come out and greet?'
She started mentioning something bout since the family office dinner they (parents) were disappointed at me. I was all shocked 0.0
WHAT DID I DO WRONG AT THE FAMILY OFFICE DINNER!!!
I asked J after I reached home and went online. Apparently, I didn't inform his parents that I was leaving.
Here was the scenario.
J was smoking with his friends in one of the office room.
I walked out because I couldn't stand the smell.
When they were done and came out of the office.
J told me we're leaving.
So I went halfway back into the office wanting to tell his parents I was leaving.
He said no need. I double checked with him "are you sure?"
Then left after assuring me.
So it wasn't really my fault was it. I do agree with his mom with the manners. Traditional Chinese manners.
But another point she made briefly was that she didn't like it when I go over to their place when none of the parents are home.
I'm not that young. I'm responsible. I drive. I work. I make my own money.
FO FUCK SAKES WE HAVEN'T EVEN HAD SEX SINCE WE GOT TOGETHER!
That's like what... 3 years??
J who stood beside me at that time turned to me and showed me out quickly while she was still lecturing. Assuring me it must be stress at work.
When I got out and started my car! I realised the gate was closed! Stupid automatic gate. I waited for a bit.Then went to the back of the house and saw his maid. Thank God!
Me: Psst! Pls open the gate.
She knew what was going on inside the house so she went silent mode talking.
*Gate opens*
According to J, he was 'very disgusted' with his mom's behaviour.
He's dad is coming home from a work trip tomorrow. So, J wants to talk to his dad about it and asked what is going around in her head.
I'll update you when he updates me =)
I'm okay though, cause I agree with his mom (with the manners thing) but not the part where she don't like me going to their place when no one is around.

UPDATE
So.. He ended the argument with his mom by saying
"I will tell her know to behave more traditionally and you should realise that you're overreacting". Or something there.
He thinks that it might be because she found worms inside the chicken in the kitchen (tongue-twister) was what made her mad in the first place.
According to him, she seemed fine during dinner. All I have to do next time is to greet her like she requested. She will act like nothing happened.
I would say it was impolite of me to not greet her but it is also impolite to yell at someone else's child (or ur child's friend) like that about manners.
Well anyway, I won't be seeing her anytime soon I'm sure, since J is leaving this Friday and won't be back til December probably. No reason to go over to that house. I do wish the drama ends here. T_T don't think I can't take anymore of it for a while. I just want to be happpppyyyyyyy - pls let me beeeeeeeeee.
