When I Was Too Young To Know

Ooh ooh ooh!!

Guess what guess what guesssss!!!

Pfft! You won't be able to guess it! I'll just tell you.

This evening right. I was having a random day mother daughter "bonding" dinner since my niece had a 1hr 30mins tuition so we decided to go have dinner some place.

So, right.. we ended up in a steamboat restaurant with individual pots~ and ordered a mixed seafood set. I chose tom yum soup (yum~) and momma chose chicken soup.

Anyway! while chattering away and mom complaining bout random stuffs and doing some careless stuff like drinking her water out of her bottle cup and thinking she finished drinking it she just shook (is that a real word??? I forgot. Yea, I'm sure it is) access water out of her cup at the floor. When she looked down and went 'oh.. i didn't finish drinking.." I think this was the second time I saw her do that. So I in turn, nagged at her for not clearing the water in her bowl instead of the floor.

And I'm moving away from my intended news.

Right! While having a conversation, she mentioned that she had an abortion a year after I was born. Of course I was a little shocked but as usual~ I acted cool~ Reason was cos my dad doesn't want another kid because he thinks he won't be able to support the whole family properly if there was an addition. So my mom went back to her home country for an abortion.

SEE PEOPLE! Family planning! Idiots. Read previous post if you don't get what I mean.

I have nothing against abortion. Altho, neither am I for it.

If you have to for any gawd damn good reason to get an abortion, it then fine - it all depends on the situation. I would say, no, my dad did not come up with a really gawd damn good reason. But it is their decision, so be it.

Imagine this, if I were to have a younger sibling, my life would have been way way way different from what it is now.

Like, I won't have my own room. Probably need to share if I had a sister.

I might have probably turned into a 'caring' person - like a role model. Because now, I'm not.

I would probably have to bring him/her around until he/she has a driving's license.

I would probably be more independant (I usually depend on my brother cos' I want company if I'm going somewhere else but to work - like shopping. Boyfriend not here okay!).

Just one person. Big change. Hmm....

I remember, when I was a kid, I asked my mom on the way to school if I cud have a brother or a sister. And I think she even asked my dad about it and told me a few days later that daddy said no.

It's so cool when I hear stories from my parents or grandparents. It's like a novel~

Loves,

N

Have a great weekend this week~

My furnitures are coming tomorrow. Eeep! Can't wait!
