The new version of BitComet can download any video from any video sites, including YouTube, Google Video, dailymotion, glumbert, metacafe, ifilm, guba, and any other sites you want.
Here is how it works:
1. Open the webpage containing flash videos.
Right click on the blank part of the page (note: do not click on the video frame),
Select “Download specific using BitComet” and click on “Download Videos”. 
2. The webpage will be reloaded again in BitComet Resource Browser” like the picture below.
You may need to play the video before click on the button as shown in the picture.
3. Select the files you wanted to download then click “Download select”.
4. Your BitComet will be enabled and a prompt window like the following picture will be shown to you.
Click “start download”, the video file will be downloaded soon.
