It is always at 1400 or 1500

Hello there! Somebody help me please.

I am using bitcomet 1.03 stable release.

When I start downloading using torrent file at first I get good download rate of about 20KB+.

But after some time the download rate begin to slow down and it goes down under 10KB.

Have bitcomet 1.04 downloads fine for awhile then all downloads stop, can stop downloading and start again and same thing happens again,please help me to resolve this problem. Thanks for any help given.

How do i use this bitcomet to download movies and music? Everytime you type in name of movie or song it tells me that im still logged out when im actually logged in. Can someone give me some advise on how to use this.
