Once upon a time, there was a worldly government called the american government. The american govt. had a plan to implant everybody with nanotechnology implants. Every body.

The united states govt. plan hinged on a couple of things. Their satellites. And that their nanotechnology implants could not be safely removed from anybody implanted.
