My Ip address when i do ipconfig/all is diffrent to my routers hoome page could this be the problem,

Until last week all was fine downloading speeds were incredible as have a 20mg connection.

But however suddenly I am now getting the Yellow Light and no download at all!! I have played about with router, reset it ect ect but still nothing, when I start bitcomet its using my wan IP (does it always do this) and not my actual Ip address? and if I run ipconfig/all the IPv4 address i get is different to what my routers telling me??/

Any help would be much appreciated am begining to think its Virgin blocking me????????
