i have a problem with BitComet v 0.93 for windows xp 

The problem is that i seed very much , the average uploading speed from my PC is 30Kbs , and when I check the statistics I see that I'm uploading at least 1Gb per day , but my points are not showing that , i scour between the 60's and 90's and some times I scour the full limit 120 . 

Can some 1 help me please .
