So therefore people need to appreciate that we have an option to choose what we listen too. The fact that there are so many different genres of "rap" "hip hop" should be celebrated not down graded.

So what if someone thinks Wayne is better than Jay. Or Soulja Boy is the man. Or Plies is the "realest". These are all just opinions and to the person stating them they truly feel that way and believe that. This is because that music speaks for them and who they are as a person.

There are a lot of artist I don't listen too because I don't like their music. They might be "lyrical" as fuck and super nice with it. Every line they say might make you say "damn" but that don't mean the song does anything for me.

If you are a young boy that goes to clubs and all you think about is fucking hoes you prolly like soulja boy. If you are a female that loves to dance......
