I'm an anime fan from Romania and I just saw this (probably, for me it sure was) new feature on BitComet .93 to leave posts, make blogs etc. The best thing I liked was rating torrents and commenting on-going episodes The ranking's nice too.

Will post more when anything interesting happens, not too good at blogging tho.
