AVI files can contain both audio and video data in a standard container that allows synchronous audio-with-video playback. Like DVDs, AVI files support multiple streaming audio and video, although these features are seldom used. Most AVI files also use the file format extensions developed by the Matrox OpenDML group in February 1996. These files are supported by Microsoft, and are unofficially called &quot;AVI 2.0&quot;.
<p> <br />
AVI is a special case of the Resource Interchange File Format (RIFF), which divides a file's data into blocks, or &quot;chunks.&quot; Each &quot;chunk&quot; is identified by a FourCC tag. An AVI file takes the form of a single chunk in a RIFF formatted file, which is then subdivided into two mandatory &quot;chunks&quot; and one optional &quot;chunk&quot;. BitComet 0.55 or above was modified for SP2 so that they can work in SP2 without any configuration. However, it may cause slow speed at the beginning of downloading, since less peers can be connected at the same time. For those behind NAT or firewalled user, a patch in the option dialog in version 0.71 or later is recommended to fix that issue.

DHT(Distributed Hash Table) is method of a distributed storage for &lt;key,value&gt; pairs. There is no center server in DHT Network, every client take charge of a small range of routing, a small set of data storage, so that in the whole DHT network, data can be found, read and write. The new version of BitComet can connect to Tracker and DHT network, that means file can be download even if all trackers can not be connected. The protocol of DHT Network in BitComet is compatible with BitTorrent Beta 4.1.2, so that they can share the same network. Please note that the DHT in Azureus is not compatible with BitTorrent Beta and thus also not compatible with BitComet.

<div>
Score = Points from online time + Points from upload bytes <br />
<div>
1. Being online can generate 2 points per hour but 20 points at most per day.
</div>
<div>
2. Keep uploading files via BitTorrent protocol can generate 1 point per 10MB but 100 points at most per day.
</div>
<div>
3. Downloading files via BitTorrent protocol doesn't affect Score. The same applies to HTTP and FTP protocol.
