Where do Banks and Credit card companies get the idea that they are allowed to levy fines without trial. Even in totalitarian states some kind of trial is enacted before penalties are imposed. capitalism stinks and so do Christian and Jewish laws. In the Muslem world, financial institutions and other money lenders are forbidden from charging interest on loans. In the west, when a bank charges for a late repayment or unauthorised overdraft, they take money from our accounts without permission. THAT IS THEFT. Cut the usurers hands off and hand banking over to the state. Get rid of the theiving parasites before they put us into another great depression just to make more profit from our labour.
