Audio Video Interleave, known by its acronym AVI, is a multimedia container format introduced by Microsoft in November 1992 as part of its Video for Windows technology. AVI files can contain both audio and video data in a standard container that allows synchronous audio-with-video playback. Like DVDs, AVI files support multiple streaming audio and video, although these features are seldom used. Most AVI files also use the file format extensions developed by the Matrox OpenDML group in February 1996. These files are supported by Microsoft, and are unofficially called "AVI 2.0".

AVI is a special case of the Resource Interchange File Format (RIFF), which divides a file's data into blocks, or "chunks." Each "chunk" is identified by a FourCC tag. An AVI file takes the form of a single chunk in a RIFF formatted file, which is then subdivided into two mandatory "chunks" and one optional "chunk". Here is how it works:

1. Open the webpage containing flash videos.

Right click on the blank part of the page (note: do not click on the video frame),

Select “Download specific using BitComet” and click on “Download Videos”.

Score = Points from online time + Points from upload bytes

1. Being online can generate 2 points per hour but 20 points at most per day.

2. Keep uploading files via BitTorrent protocol can generate 1 point per 10MB but 100 points at most per day.

3. Downloading files via BitTorrent protocol doesn't affect Score. The same applies to HTTP and FTP protocol.

4. Score gets refresh in 24 hours.

How many people get caught in the trap? Your best friend has just bought a computer and doesn't really understand what they are doing, you with having a little knowledge feel obliged too help them and you install the software for them inadvertently installing the wrong file version by mistake and they get loads of warnings and all of a sudden you are to blame for the obvious demise of their machine and yet they still don't know what is wrong.

This week I have had numerous conversations about Nero and Windows Vista™both of which I was informed were no good and neither were the people who were trying to help them. This is completely untrue and unfounded there is usually a solution for all P.C. bugs.

Generally, when BitComet first runs in your computer with Windows XP system, you will be notified to set the firewall to block or unblock BitComet, if you enable the system firewall. In this case, you should set it as “unblock”. Or else, you need to change some settings of the firewall according to this guide.

Click “Start”->”Settings”->”Control Panel”->”Windows Firewall”, make sure that “Don’t allow exceptions” is unselected whether the firewall is on or off.
