I'm sure this was available in an earlier version of BitComet but it doesn't seem to be present in the current versions:

It would be very handy to be able to change the order in which torrents are processed (note, torrents - I know you can set a desired download order for files within a torrent). Just a drag and drop feature to reorder the torrent files in the main list would be ideal.
