Bitcomet file recovery?

Hi,

Can someone tell me what to do!?

My computer and bitcomet crashed. Probably while it was finalizing a file. The file dissapeared and download started from start again. The downloaded folder indicates 5 files, however only 4 previous ones are vissible.

How can I fix this? And how can I retreive my previous downloaded file so I don't have to download it all over again?

Thanks,
