i seem to be having a drama with my downloads on bitcomet 1.04, when downloading im getting a total speed of about 150 KB'S but the download percentage does not go up like it should,

im starting to wonder if the rank structure even works as it says in the manual type thing the higher your rank the quicker you can download

im not yet convinced.

any ideas to my above problems welcomed
