@adsl broadband 256k - australias slowie but below the node conection. . .

Really, I need to know how to get a torrent file going after 99.7% it has stopped Grr, as didd a couple of others after abt 75%. What can i d, there are abt (600 possible peers, max but 0 on) and (0 seeds with 0 seeds max ???) how can i lure  some if that would help lol
