We had 2 power outages and when I booted back up I had 0% downloaded when it was almost 75% before. Is there anyway I can recover from this. Also that greent light for the listen port when I boot up it is always yeellow so all I do is go to options and change the listen port and then it turns green however I see no change is speed is changing to a radom listen port really do anything at all.

Lastly when I look at my stats it says

NAT port mapping: Failed [UPNP device not found!]

I pay for 1mps speed but I can never get over 120kbs no matter what I try any help please
